Renting a Vacation Home

Hi there, I'm looking for other people who have rented homes or condos in the past who want to share their experiences, good or bad. I can't find any places on the internet that are not "owned" by one company or another.

Also, it seems that owners have lots of sites where they talk to each other about us. So, I thought why not have a site were renters share their experiences. I have stayed in some very nice homes and I have also stayed in homes that weren't and one condo where we nearly froze to death in NH.

So I invite anyone who has had a renting experience to just share and hopefully we can all become better informed renters.
