Please give us a short summary of your website?

Avillarentals has a wide range of fabulous holiday accommodation to rent all over the world - and it's all only a few clicks away.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To help other holiday propery owners market their holiday homes to a worldwide audience

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

1998, http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk

How did you decide on a name for your website?

By combining Villa and Rentals in the name which is what the website is all about with the letter A (first letter of the alphabet)

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We like to think that the website has a fresh appeal and that it is easy to navigate for both holidaymaker and property owner. Locations are orldwide to accommodate a worldwide audience of holidaymakers

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be one of the top ten holiday rental websites consistently

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Only the future will tell. We have a strong commitment regardless to make this website a success.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We believe in not being complacent and research and development will be ongoing. We will listen to our customer base via site feedback and our own innovations.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. We would recruit staff and react to the higher levels accordingly.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The biggest headache is are we doing it right, are we offering what the customer wants. Continual research will enable to get it better and we will always strive to get it right.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Finding ways of getting the website marketed and therefore known to the wider worldwide audience.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Linking & Search Eingine Optimisation

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Because we have taken the approach that we are willing to change to meet market demands, our expectations have taken a backseat. Our main expectation is to get in the top ten by offering what a customer wants at an affordable cost.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

About twelve months! We are looking to add other brandings under the Avilla name so we will continue regardless.

Replace this with a question of your own

How do we become one of the top ten websites?

With the help of quality linking.

What is your website address?

AvillaRentals
