4* Ski & Summer Chalet apartment to rent, in the Swiss Alps, in the skiing resort of Anzčre (altitude 1500m), near Crans-Montana, Switzerland. With superb views of the Rhone Valley from the south facing balcony. Ideal for winter skiing or mountain holidays in summer. 2 hours from Geneva.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Rental income.

Main Keywords of the content of the website.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It is a new build, 4* high quality, new furniture.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it to generate income at least to cover the cost of running the property.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Still not found customers. Hopefully it will pay in the future. It takes time for success.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Add translations to other laguages such as german, french and spanish.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, I only need one set of guests per week, maximum of 6 people.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Perhaps paying for good links, for page ranking.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Develop the website from scratch for the first time.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
So far, ebay.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Fewer visits than expected.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Since May 2007, for at least 5 years when I can sell the property if it's not successful.
