What inspired you to launch your own website?

The satisisfaction of beig able to reach out to potential customers offering them a good falue for money service.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website was launched in August 2007 and this was created by myself.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Tenerife Airport Transfers at Fantastic Rates is what the customer gets.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We are in Tenerife and we deal with our clients on a personal basic and we answer the phone

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My overall aim is to build the business, continue giving customers great value for money. It will then be passed on to my daughter when I retire.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Time and effort is the key to the success of any bussines. The more you put in the more you get out. It is not always about money.Forfilling customer needs is our priority

Firstly I would ensure that the correct financial department was put in place to handle the unlimited finances

None,as a full engineering evaluation cost assessment business analysis was done, including investigative exercises into the current market.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest challenge is to switch off.

It is alittle slower than expected

What is your primary concern when running a business

My primary concern is ensuring that customers are dealt with on a professioal basis and the customer gets great value for money in the service we offer
