What inspired you to launch your own website?
Trying to help family's enjoy a trip to Disney without all of the headaches.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
I thought it was catchy.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We offer one-on-one service that most other agencies just won't do. We want to help make your trips enjoyable,
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To continue as long as possible. Work should be enjoyable and planning trips to Disney certainly is.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
50/50
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I don't think I would.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Only if I hired in a few extra people but I look forward to that day.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Computer Crashes and lack of internet providers who actually cared about my business verses their own.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Finding new customers. I think that is everyones problem in the long run.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
SEO
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
More technical than I had expected. I mean trying to get our site out there on the Web was harder than I realized.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
